2. 100% Refund: A full refund on professional fees is granted in case of a negative skill assessment or visa refusal, unless there is negative verification from an employer or any false or misleading documentation.
3. No Refunds: Refunds are not provided if:
   • The application is withdrawn voluntarily after checklist release and sharing of intellectual property.
   • Rejection is due to medical health issues or a negative police clearance report from any country you have resided in or traveled to within the past 10 years.
