What is the O1 Extraordinary Ability (O1) Visa?
The O1 visa is for individuals who possess extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics (O1A), or who have demonstrated extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry (O1B). Step-by-Step Application Process
